2004 Events

1 January, 2004 - Well I have the 1966 Beetle at a nearby Restoration Shop for a Urethane paint job and body work, the Pan is also getting the floors installed.

15 Feb, 2004 - Retrieved the 1966 Beetle Chassis and it now needs to be stripped and cleaned.  Worn components replaced and upgrades installed.  Pan is parked inside the garage with the GTI.

1 Mar, 2004 - Have to deploy to Iraq to Support 1 AD and 1CD.  I will depart on 1 MAR 04.  Going to BIAP, Baghdad International Airport

6 Aug, 2004 - I have returned from Iraq and have been on Leave for a few weeks now.  Going back to work on the 9th.  It's good to be back home.  Updated web site.

3 Sept, 2004 - Bought the 1962 VW from Daytona Beach

10 OCT, 2004 - Brought home the 1966 body (Shell) from Restoration Shop, Body was Blasted and some work done, but not all.

20 OCT, 2004 - Deploying once again to Iraq, support 1CD and 3ID be back in Feb 2005, last entry.
