1993 (T4) Eurovan Multivan
- "The Car Show Cruiser"
This Eurovan was bought in 1997 by my wife and I, we
bought it 3 1/2 years old with 65K on the Clock. It was a leased vehicle
out of Dallas, Texas. The EV came with a stack of work orders and I guess
the previous owner took care of all the bugs, because I have had no problems
with the EV since ownership. The EV is now 9 years old (11/ 92 manufacture
date) and we have considered selling it, but something stops us from getting rid
of this cool VW T4. So I have decided to keep it and turn it into my Car
Show Cruiser. I will pull a trailer with it and bring my Golf GTI to Car
Shows around the USA. Of course I plan on doing some things to make the
trips more pleasurable, see "Project car Show Cruiser" at the bottom
of this page.

- Engine swap, I-5 2.3L 20V Turbo from a late model Audi
S4, if needed updated face lift from a 1998 and newer model

- Brake upgrade, to newer 2002 brakes.
- Newer swivel style front seats
- Small in dash LCD monitor for Internet and DVD
- DVD/ VHS with full theater surround sound
- Internet satellite connection
- At the Show Digital cam, real time action
- Large LCD Monitor, for DVD and Internet
- Hands free cellular phone
- Refrigerator
